I’ve actually made something from my Pinterest DIY board!

I love Pinterest, it’s a place for me to pin things I like around the web in one place, discover cool people and all of their amazing ideas (why didn’t I think of that?) and totally kill time that I don’t really have!

I found this little dress which is so simple and open to interpretation.  The tutorial can be found on this fantastic blog, Sew Much Ado. Her directions were super clear and easy to follow.
I made two of these dresses for a friend of mine who just had a baby girl.  So
give it a try, make some of the things on your DIY board!

PS  I just found out I won a beautiful book, Sew Merry and Bright!  I entered the giveaway on the  wonderful ”The Long Thread” blog.  And I’m just so excited because I’ve never won anything before!  Check out The Long Thread blog and keep an eye open for when I get the book and post about the projects!
